You would be one of two staff on through the night, checking on residents, helping anyone who needs assistance, and keeping the building secure. Handover is at 8pm and again at 8am.
We will put you through the care certificate if you do not already have it, and there is a proper induction before you are on shift on your own.
Rota is four nights on, four off. Enhanced rate for weekends.
