Seasonal farm hand

[Example] Meadow Lane Farm — Two miles out on the north road

Six to eight weeks of harvest work. Early starts, outdoor work, no experience needed.

We need two more pairs of hands for the harvest. Work is mostly on the trailer and in the yard — lifting, sorting, and keeping things moving. Starts at 6am, finishes when the day's load is in.

No experience needed. You need to be able to get yourself to the farm, and you need decent boots.

It is hard work and it is outside, but the crew is good and the season is short.

How to apply

Use the form on this page. It sends your name, your email and your note straight to the employer’s inbox — you do not need an account, and nothing is stored on this site beyond the record that an application was made.

Keep the note short and specific: what you have done before, when you could start, and anything the employer asked for in the description above. Two or three sentences is plenty for a local job.
